- Men: trim through the chest and shoulders - size up if you are between sizes or want a little room.
- Women: a unisex cut, so it sits roomier and straighter than a women's tee. Take your usual size for a relaxed look, or one size down for fitted. A women's 12-14 is about a unisex L.

Great design, nice sizing, but the material itself wasn't near as robust as other similar priced Ts available. These are way too light for the price point. I would only ever buy again if I could be assured these would be of better quality material.
