Our commitment
Summit Soul wants every nature nerd to be able to shop our store, whatever device or assistive technology you use. We are working to make summitsoul.shop accessible and to keep improving it over time.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of abilities. We test and update our site on an ongoing basis to move toward and maintain that standard.
What we do
- Check our store with automated accessibility tools and with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing.
- Add descriptive alternative text to our product images.
- Review color contrast, heading structure, links, and forms as we update the site.
Known limitations
Some content on our site is provided by third-party tools, such as our customer review and rating widget. Parts of that content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our providers to improve it, and we will help you directly in the meantime.
