Orders & Shipping
How long until I get my order?
Every shirt is printed fresh just for you, so there's a little make time built in. Plan on up to 4 business days in production, then about 2 to 5 business days in shipping on top. Most orders arrive within roughly a week to a week and a half.
I need it by a certain date for a gift or event. Will it make it?
Because each order is made to order, use the production plus shipping window above as your guide. On a tight deadline? Email us at support@summitsoul.shop with your date and we'll tell you honestly whether it can get there in time.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Heads up: carriers don't always scan a package right away, so tracking can look stuck for a day or two before it starts moving. That's normal, your shirt is still on its way.
Tracking says delivered, but I don't have it.
First, take a quick look around the usual delivery spot, with anyone else in the household, and with close neighbors. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a day before it actually lands, so give it a day or two. Still missing after that? Email us and we'll escalate it with our production and shipping partner to get a replacement sorted.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The exact colors available can vary a little by country, and you'll only see the options we can deliver to your address at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on any order of 3 or more items, so mix and match designs, sizes, and colors however you like. Orders with fewer than 3 items have a flat shipping charge. We also run occasional free-shipping promos that apply automatically at checkout.
Sizing & Fit
What size should I order? Do they run big or small?
Our tees are a classic unisex fit. The best move is the size chart on each product page, which lists real measurements for every size. Like a closer, fitted look? Consider sizing down. Prefer relaxed? Go with your usual size.
I'm a women's 4 to 6. What size do I get?
Since the cut is unisex, women often go down a size from their usual women's number for a fitted look, or stay true-to-tag for a relaxed feel. Check the measurements on the size chart to dial it in exactly.
How long are the shirts? I'm on the shorter side.
Body length for every size is listed on the size chart on each product page, so you can check the exact length before you order.
Do you offer kids or youth sizes?
Select designs come in youth sizes. If a design is available for kids, you'll see the youth size options right on that product page.
Our Shirts
Do you offer V-necks?
Right now all our tees are a classic crew neck. V-necks aren't part of the lineup yet, and honestly it's the request we hear most often, so it's firmly on our radar.
Do you have women's cuts?
Our tees are unisex and cut to flatter everyone, so there isn't a separate women's-specific style at the moment. The size chart on each product page helps you find your fit, and sizing down gives a more fitted look.
What are your shirts made of?
Our Premium Vintage Tee is 100% ring-spun cotton in every color (a heavier 6.1 oz garment-dyed, pre-shrunk tee). Our Classic Tee is 100% ring-spun cotton in the solid colors; the heather and grey shades are a soft cotton-polyester blend. Want to know about a specific color? Just email us and we'll confirm.
Every shirt is printed with water-based inks that soak into the cotton, so the design feels soft and broken-in rather than a thick plastic patch on top.
Where are your shirts made?
The cotton is US-grown and spun into yarn here in the States, then the blanks are knit and sewn in Central America (most often Honduras or Nicaragua), so the country on the label can vary a bit batch to batch. The cotton is responsibly sourced through the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol.
Are the shirts actually like the photos? Is the quality good?
Yes. We print on demand with water-based inks that soak into the cotton, so the art feels soft and part of the shirt. What you see on the product page is what shows up at your door, made fresh for your order rather than pulled from a dusty warehouse.
Is a faint smell or off-white residue normal?
Yep. Your shirt might have a faint vinegar-like scent or a little off-white residue when it first arrives. That's just the printing process and the water-based ink doing their thing, not a trail snack gone wrong. Both wash right out on the first wash, leaving your shirt fresh and trail-ready.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change the size, color, or shipping address after ordering?
Sometimes, if we catch it before printing starts. Because everything is made to order, changes are usually only possible within about 12 hours of ordering, before production begins. Email support@summitsoul.shop with your order number and the change as soon as you can. Once a shirt is in production we can't change it.
One less thing to worry about: only your shipping address matters for delivery, so no need to fuss over the billing address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, and you can do it yourself in a couple of taps. Head to our self-service cancel portal at selfservice.summitsoul.shop/self-service/cancel, enter your order number and email, and we'll send a secure link to your inbox. Open it and, as long as your order hasn't started printing, you can cancel right there and your refund is issued automatically.
Because everything is made to order, cancellation only works before production begins (usually within about 12 hours of ordering). Once a shirt is in production it's locked. Prefer we handle it? Just email support@summitsoul.shop. (EU customers, see the withdrawal note in Returns below.)
Returns & Problems
Can I return or exchange it if it doesn't fit or I changed my mind?
Since each shirt is printed just for you, we aren't able to take general returns or exchanges for fit or change of mind, so peek at the size chart before ordering. That said, if something feels off, email us at support@summitsoul.shop and we'll always try to help find a solution.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
That's on us, and we'll make it right. Email a clear photo of the issue to support@summitsoul.shop with your order number, and we'll send a free replacement (or a refund). No need to ship the original back.
I'm in the EU. What are my cancellation rights?
EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal: you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, even after the shirt is made or shipped. Use our self-service withdrawal portal at selfservice.summitsoul.shop/self-service/withdraw and we'll take it from there.
How fast are refunds and replacements?
Once a claim is approved, replacements go straight back into production (the usual make-and-ship time applies). Refunds go to your original payment method and typically post within a few business days, though banks can sometimes take a little longer. If it's been more than 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.
Discounts, Wholesale & the Tree Thing
Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes. Sign up for our email list and you'll get a 15% welcome discount on your first order. Keep an eye on your inbox for the code.
Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?
We do. Wholesale starts at 25 shirts (mix any designs, sizes, and colors), with 30% off and free shipping included. Email support@summitsoul.shop and we'll send over the full terms.
Do you really plant a tree with every order?
We do. One tree gets planted for every purchase through our planting partner. No lecture, just a small good thing that happens every time you grab a shirt.
